HomeStreet Risk Appointment

HomeStreet Bank has named Marc Wright as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. Wright will oversee the bank's credit policies and credit risk management.

Wright brings to HomeStreet more than 30 years in financial services. His expertise includes business line management and credit roles in commercial banking, commercial real estate lending, residential builder financing and special asset management.

"I am very pleased to welcome Marc to HomeStreet's executive team," said Bruce W. Williams, HomeStreet Bank chairman and CEO. "Marc's experience and broad perspective will serve us well as we continue to grow our banking and lending services, positioning
us for further growth in a post-recession economy."

Wright began his banking career at Seafirst/Bank of America and was with the organization for 23 years, serving as a member of the senior loan committee. Most recently, he spent eight years at Washington Mutual, where he served in senior credit and business roles including Chief Risk Officer and Division Executive for Commercial Real Estate Lending.
