The company also received honors this year for its small business customer support and small business product and service satisfaction -- both of these for the first time.
The new 2008 awards, plus those for 2007, 2006 and 2005, were Achievement in Customer Excellence (ACE) awards from CustomerSat, a division of MarketTools. ACE awards validate an organization's success and effectiveness in serving customers and building loyalty. Qualifying performance is determined by regular customer satisfaction surveys.
