Array Networks, a leading provider of optimized and secure universal access solutions, today announced it has partnered with Authenex, a leading provider of cost-effective authentication and encryption solutions. Together, Array and Authenex provide an SSL VPN solution that provides ease-of-use, ease-of-deployment, performance, and the added security of a two-factor authentication system.
The Authenex Strong Authentication System (ASAS® System) enables remote users to authenticate to Array Networks VPN gateways via digital certificates and/or one-time password authentication. Once connected, Array ensures that communications between remote users and corporate applications and resources remain secure.
With an increasingly mobile workforce, this is added assurance for businesses that need to share information among employees, customers, and third parties. Array’s SPX products support a number of different form factors options, and the Authenex ASAS System will enhance the security and strengthen the authentication for end users no matter which hardware authentication device they choose.
“Array is a pioneer in the industry with its next-generation SSL VPN products,” said William Chen, Vice President of Sales for Authenex. “We’re pleased to form an alliance with them in order to offer Array’s users more secure connection solutions.”
Array Networks develops the most flexible and powerful secure SSL VPN access gateways on the market. This enables mobile employees, home workers, extranet partners, customers and other authorized users to access business critical applications and resources – increasing productivity and business uptime. Most recently, Array introduced SiteDirect, the first site-to-site SSL VPN on the market, and it’s Universal Access Controller (UAC), which combines key VPN and NAC capabilities to deliver a new breed of intelligent secure access and control for enterprise networks.
